Women's Global Leadership Initiative

Women’s Global leadership Initiative is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3), who is dedicated to creating a community of women leaders. The Program encourages and supports women in their personal and professional development. Regardless of socio-economic status or cultural influence, women are given an opportunity to engage in a formal leadership program that enables them to explore their personal convictions, identify issues of concern in their communities and acquire organizational skills that are necessary in a developing country. By addressing women’s need for support, community and education, we believe they will become credible decision makers, facilitating positive change in their communities; contributing to the socio and economic progress.
